Archaeological site of Delphi + museum

Today we went to the Archaeological Site of Delphi!

We got picked up by a Gray Line bus at the square at 8AM and had 1 more stop to make to pick up other people before going to our first pitstop of the day: a local café nearby Delphi to get a 20 min breakfast stop.

Then it was finally off to the Archaeological Site of Delphi where we got around 11 AM.

First we did the hike all the way to the top where we saw the Temple of Apollo and also the Temple of Athena Pronaia, the old theater, the stadium and the Tholos.

It was a very hard hike up but we did it and it took us the usual hour to go up and another 50 mins back to go down😉

Really loved seeing all these sites and the beautiful nature around it too!

After the hike up we went to cool down in the museum where we saw all the artifacts and more pictures about ancient Delphi.

Then it was time for lunch where I had the local sausage and mom had the bruschetta with feta cheese and tomatoes

Lastly we made a photo stop at Arachova

Then it was time to go back home to our hotels!

And not a moment too soon after being away for 10 hours and having taken 9758 steps today💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Now it's resting time because tomorrow is gonna be our last kind of exercise day because Friday we're gonna take it slow and relax more I guess😉
