Arriving in Byron Bay

Yesterday we left Brisbane by car!

First we had to pick up our car.

Of course, my mom had never driven another car and def. not an automatic one which is also HUGE in size!

Luckily we found a man who started explaining to her how to start the car and then he went to get someone from the car company so he could help mom more.

It took a while but at least we made it out of the garage and were on our way to Byron Bay!

Only highways so that was pretty easy to get to our next destination.

We're staying here at the Discovery parks which is basically a camping park where you can either book a cabin or just come here with your own mobile home.

Today we drove into town to get some groceries like foods & drinks for the next 2 days we'll be here.

We're just gonna relax at our cabin today cause it's still very chilly, just like yesterday actually.

Tomorrow will be back to 28°C and sunny so then we'll be able to do something that we have planned to do😉

Not much else to do around here though, unless going to the beach but like I said, it's too cold so we're not gonna be doing that here 😜
